1. The Service

Red Cedar Farm will provide clients with a 15 minute crash course in how to ride followed by a 45 minute trail ride.

2. Client Requirement

A. The entire group must be present ten minutes prior to their scheduled trail ride time.

B. All riders under the age of 18 must be wearing proper riding attire (boots with heels, a ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet, breeches). We do have helmets on property for riders to use if they do not have their own.

3. Payment

A. Payments are taken in advance when booking takes place.

B. All payments are made online through our website.

C. Your trail ride time slot will not be reserved until we receive payment in full.

4. Cancellations

A. If for any reason you have to cancel your trail ride, you must do so 24 hours prior to your ride time to receive a refund.

6. Communication

A. Clients agree to communicate all scheduling changes or any other concerns about their trail ride by emailing us or calling us at;

7. Release of Liability

I acknowledge the risks and potential for risks of horseback riding and activities in and around a facility where horses are kept and farm machinery is operated. However, I feel that the possible benefits to me/my son/my daughter/my ward are greater than the risk assumed. Intending legally to bind myself, my heirs, and assigns, executors, or administrator, I hereby waive and release forever all claims for loss or damages of any kind against Red Cedar Farm for all injuries and losses that I/my son/my daughter/ my ward may sustain while participating. This release includes without limitations the risk of negligence.
